If you place your order before noon (Qld time) Monday to Friday we will generally ship it to you that day. Orders placed after noon (Qld time) will be posted the next business day.

All products listed on our website are in stock. In rare cases of inventory errors, we will notify you within 48 hours with the following options:
- Substitute the out-of-stock product with a similar item
- Place the out-of-stock product on back order
- Cancel the out-of-stock item and issue a refund
