Billing address: Can the billing and delivery address differ?
Yes - at checkout you have the option of including a separate billing address and delivery address.
Cancel: Can I Cancel my Order?
You may cancel any item from your order or your entire order, provided it has not already been dispatched. Please note that Pink Poppies Living Creatively endeavours to process and dispatch all orders within 1-24 hours of order placement.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the goods to us once you have received them. Return postage/delivery costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Original postage/delivery costs on your order will not be refunded. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchasing payment method. Refer to our *Refund and Returns Policy
Faulty / damaged goods
We personally check all items before dispatch to ensure the quality and integrity of the items. We exercise the utmost of care when we wrap your goods to ensure you receive them safely. If however you receive items that are faulty, have been wrongly described and therefore the wrong item has been sent to you or do not perform how described - you can choose between a refund or a replacement. If, at a later time, you believe your product is faulty please call us on the above number and we will walk you through the process.
We only freight goods within Australia.
Our delivery charge is a flat rate of $12 per order or FREE for orders over $150.
Our parcels are despatched through Australia Post.

Australia Post parcels require a signature. If you are home they will be delivered to your door. If you are out you will need to go to the Post Office to collect and sign for the parcel. We do this to ensure that you much anticipated goods arrive safely.
The majority of our parcels take 2 to 5 business days to be delivered to you, dependent upon your location. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Please Note: November and December are very busy months with all the Christmas purchases & whilst we try to deliver all of our orders within the 2 to 5 working days, there will be some orders that may take a little longer to be delivered. Clear notification will be provided in these circumstances.
Gift Card: Can you purchase a gift card?
Gift cards are only available to purchase through the retail outlet. Should you wish to purchase or send a gift card please contact the retail store during business hours, ph 07 46810909
Gifts: If my purchase is a gift will the recipient know how much I spent?
No - we remove all price tags and the tax invoice is emailed directly to the email address you registered with us.
Yes –Wrapping is free, you may bundle a number of items together to be wrapped, just provide us with a guide of how you would like it put together in the notes section. We offer gift wrapping with high quality paper and ribbon and a gift tag. Please include this preference at the cart stage with instructions, and wording for the gift tag. If you are making multiple purchases and require different wrapping for each present then include a note to this effect in checkout and we will wrap accordingly.
Sending a gift with Pink Poppies Living Creatively allows you to relax knowing that a beautiful gift will be efficiently delivered to the recipient, beautifully presented, and together with your personalised gift tag. We take care to ensure all gifts are free of pricing and invoicing information.
Missing item or wrong item sent
If you open up your parcel and discover that we have accidentally sent you the wrong item or that something is missing, never fear! We are happy to help!

Just follow these steps:
- Check your invoice or email confirmation that you did in fact order the correct quantity and or items.
- If something is missing, please search the entire packaging, bubble wrap, box thoroughly. Also, please carefully open any bigger items to check if our clever packers have popped a smaller item into the bigger box.
- Email us at and our lovely staff will be happy to help.
Overseas shipping: Do you ship outside Australia?
No - we currently,do not deliver to International destinations. You can however order from overseas for delivery within Australia.
Outside of Australia: Can I purchase gifts for delivery in Australia?
Yes - you can use your credit card to make your purchase and have the gifts delivered to an Australian address.
Payment methods: What do you accept?
We offer secure payment through credit card or paypal.
We understand some people would prefer to pay by other methods, if that's the case, during checkout tick the box marked 'offline payment'. You will then be emailed information about your payment options - cheque, money order, direct deposit, or credit card over the phone.
Your privacy is important to us. Pink Poppies Living Creatively will never share your personal information with any other organisation or individual.
Product Availability:How do I know if a product is available?
All products listed on the Pink Poppies Living Creatively’s website are held in stock. On rare occasions an error in our inventory may result in an out of stock item being listed as in-stock. If this occurs, Pink Poppies Living Creatively will email you within 48 hours to advise of the discrepancy.
The following options are provided:
- Substitute the out of stock product with a similar, in stock product.
- Place the out of stock product on back order.
- Cancel the out of stock item from your order. A refund will be immediately issued to the original purchasing credit card.
Refund and exchanges
Yes, we completely understand that Internet shopping is different from shopping the conventional way.
We will exchange or offer you a credit note if you are not happy with your purchase.
Returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of purchase.
Original freight charges will not be refunded.
You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us.
Returned items must be received in original, unopened condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If goods are received in unsellable condition, then your return may not be processed. We recommend tracking/signature too as we can't be held responsible if we never receive your item.
There are no returns or exchanges for sale or clearance items.

Refunds will be processed as soon as goods have been received.

Please note - if you were sent your item as part of our free delivery service for orders over $150, and your return brings your total order to less than $150; then you will be refunded for the item, less the $12 delivery charge for orders under $150. If you return a total order for refund, the actual cost of our postage to send this to you will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange a gift I have received?
We will exchange or provide a Pink poppies living creatively gift voucher for items that have been received as a gift and deemed unsuitable for the recipient. Refunds cannot be provided, unless the refund is being issued to the original purchasing credit card. Exchanged items must be in their original re-saleable condition, unused and with no damage to the product or packaging. All exchanges must be instigated within 14 days of gift receipt.
- All postage costs in relation to the exchange will be the responsibility of the person(s) instigating the exchange
- Exchanged goods must be unused and in their original, re-saleable condition
- Please allow 5 business days (following receipt) for your exchange to be processed.
The above gift exchange policy excludes clearance items. Pink Poppies Living Creatively do not provide a refund, credit or exchange for gifts that were purchased while on sale.
Our site is totally secure for your personal details and for your credit card details. All information comes to us via a secure gateway.
We understand that you may still have reservations about paying online. We are happy to receive phone orders or place your order online and chose Direct Deposit payment method.
Credit Card details are not held after processing.
Time: How long will it take to receive an order?
Once your order has been packed and posted, you will receive an email advising you of a tracking number. You can then track your order through the Australia Post system.
At this point it’s out of our hands but generally it takes between 2 – 5 days to receive your package from leaving us. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will contact you ASAP.
When: How quickly will my order be dispatched?
If you place your order before 8 am (Qld time) Monday to Friday we will generally ship it to you that day. Orders placed after 8 am (Qld time) will be posted the next business day.
