Change of Mind Returns
We accept returns for a change of mind within 7 days of delivery.

Full-Price Items: Full-price items can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit. This includes items purchased using the 10% new subscriber discount, as they are still considered full-price purchases.

Sale or Discounted Items: Items purchased during seasonal promotions (e.g., Black Friday, Boxing Day sales, or end-of-season markdowns) can only be returned for an exchange or store credit (gift voucher). Refunds will not be provided for these items.

- Alternatively, we can prepare return shipping on your behalf. The cost of this service will be deducted from your refund or charged separately.

Receive Your Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your request within 1-3 business days.

Full-price items, including those purchased with the new subscriber discount, are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Additional Information
- If your order qualified for free delivery and the return reduces the total to less than $150, a $12 shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Actual postage costs may be deducted from refunds for returned orders.
- Refunds to your bank account may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item, if possible.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items
