Returns Policy for Pink Poppies Living Creatively
Your satisfaction is our first priority at Pink Poppies Living Creatively. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind or Clothing That Does Not Fit
- We accept returns for a change of mind within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their new, unopened condition: unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
- Clothing items that do not fit can also be returned within the same timeframe, provided they are in unworn and saleable condition. These items are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Conditions for Returning Items
To ensure a smooth returns process, please ensure:
- Items are returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products are in undamaged, unused, and saleable condition.
- Items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Send an email to pinkpoppies@bigpond.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and any additional details required.
- Prepare Your Return: Package the items securely, including your name, address, and order number.
- Choose Shipping Option:
- You can organize return shipping yourself using a registered and trackable post service.
- Alternatively, we can prepare return shipping on your behalf. The cost of this service will be deducted from your refund or charged separately.

- Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your request within 1-3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less freight costs, if applicable.
Additional Information
- If your order qualified for free delivery and the return reduces the total to less than $150, the shipping cost of $12 will be deducted from your refund.
- Actual postage costs may be deducted from refunds for returned orders.
- Refunds to your bank account may take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your financial institution.
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the item, if possible.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.
- Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.
Faulty or Damaged Items Return Instructions
- Contact Us Immediately: Email us with your order number, issue details, and photos of the damage.
- Return the Item: Follow the instructions provided by our team.
- Receive Replacement or Refund: Once inspected, a replacement unit or full refund will be issued. We’ll also cover return shipping costs if the error is ours.
Returns take 2-7 business days to reach us. Upon receipt, we’ll process your request within 1-2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Earrings, hair accessories, and other intimate items for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards.
- Sale items marked as "final sale."

The following notes align with your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law:
You are not entitled to a refund if:

- You found the product for a lower price elsewhere.
- You provided incorrect information during your order.
However, an exchange, refund, or credit may be issued if the product:

- Does not match its description on our website.
- Has defects or faults not made apparent at the time of purchase.
