Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority at Pink Poppies Living Creatively.

If your item is faulty upon receipt we will gladly exchange the item or issue a refund. Refer below for further instructions. *(Damaged & Faulty Items)

Please do not make returns to Pink Poppies Living Creatively without first contacting us.

If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received, you may return them to us in their new, unopened packaging. You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange for a different item (excluding freight). Goods must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.

Conditions for returning Items

    1. Items must be returned within 14 days
    2. Products must be in undamaged condition
    3. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with tags still attached
    4. Shipping costs are non-refundable 

We recommend you send all products using registered post, with your returns address on the reverse side of your parcel.  Store credit is not issued for items lost or damaged in transit.

Instructions for return of items to us:

    1. Send us an email with your order number and the reason of return.
    2. We will reply with further information that may be required.
    3. Post goods back to the store. Be sure to include your name, address and order number with the returned item. Our address is

    4. A replacement unit or store credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item less freight. The credit can be used to purchase any item in our store.

       

      Returns take 2-7 business days to reach our store. Once received by us your request will be processed within 1-3 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account.

      Please note - if you were sent your item as part of our free delivery service for orders over $150, and your return brings your total order to less than $150; then you will be refunded for the item, less the $12 delivery charge for orders under $150. If you return a total order for refund, the actual cost of our postage to send this to you will be deducted from your refund.

      You are not entitled to a refund if:

        1. You have changed your mind
        2. You have made an incorrect choice
        3. You have subsequently found you can purchase the same or similar product for a cheaper price elsewhere.
        4. You have failed to verify and provide accurate information when placing your order

      However, an exchange, refund or credit may be considered if the product:

        1. Is or has become damaged, through no fault of your own;
        2. Does not fit with the stated purpose,
        3. Does not match our description on this website; or
        4. Has defects or faults that were not obvious or which we did not bring to your attention

       

      Damaged & Faulty Items

      In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange for a replacement and return of the faulty item free of charge.  We may request you email us photographs of the damaged item.

      We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
