Shipping Costs

We offer flat-rate shipping and free shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: $12 for all orders under $150
• Express Shipping: $16 for faster delivery
• Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Australia

We ship exclusively within Australia and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Important Notes on Purchases

• Please ensure all details provided at checkout are accurate.
• Enter the correct delivery address and any specific instructions. If an incorrect address is provided, re-shipment will be at your expense.

Purchase Price

• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Prices do not include optional insurance or additional delivery attempts.

If you require shipping insurance, please contact us to discuss additional costs and arrangements.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options for your convenience:

• Visa & Mastercard
• PayPal & PayPal Pay in 4 (Buy now, pay later with four interest-free installments)
• Afterpay (Shop now, pay later in four interest-free installments)
• Shopify Pay
• In-store pickup payments

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a transaction confirmation email.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Queensland).
• Orders placed on non-business days will be processed the next business day.
• We aim to ship orders within 24 hours, but during peak periods (such as Christmas or sale events), dispatch may take up to 48 hours after payment clearance.

Delivery Timeframes

We use Australia Post E-Parcel for reliable shipping. Expected delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping: Typically 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
• Express Shipping: Usually 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, these timeframes are not guaranteed and may be affected by postal delays.

Tracking Orders

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• You can monitor your delivery progress using the Australia Post tracking system.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.

• To request a cancellation, please email us at pinkpoppies@bigpond.com.au or call us at 07 4681 0909 as soon as possible.
• If your order has already been shipped, you are welcome to return it once received, following our Refund & Returns Policy.

Pink Poppies Living Creatively reserves the right to cancel an order if we are unable to fulfill it. Should this occur, we will contact you immediately, and you will receive a full refund.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or missing item, we are happy to resolve it for you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• The product code or name of the missing/incorrect item

We will investigate and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.

Return of Products

Returns are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. Key details include:

• Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in their original, unopened condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, except in the case of faulty or incorrect items.
• Items returned in an unsaleable condition may not qualify for a refund or store credit.
