Thank you for shopping with Pink Poppies Living Creatively — our proudly regional boutique based in Stanthorpe, Queensland.
Every order is hand-packed in-store and personally delivered to Australia Post the same day (for orders placed before noon, QLD time).
So while we may be in the bush, your order won’t take the long way round — you’ll receive fast, reliable Australia-wide delivery through Australia Post.

🚚 Shipping Costs

We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across Australia:

  • Standard Shipping: $12 for all orders under $150

  • Express Shipping: $16 for faster delivery

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within Australia

At this time, we ship exclusively within Australia.

🕒 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding Queensland public holidays).

  • Same-day dispatch: Orders placed before 12 pm (QLD time) are hand-packed and taken to the post office that day.

  • Orders placed after noon or on weekends/public holidays will be sent the next business day.

  • During peak periods (such as Christmas or sale events), dispatch may take up to 48 hours.

✉️ Delivery Timeframes

We use Australia Post E-Parcel for tracked, dependable delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: Usually 2 – 7 business days (location-dependent)

  • Express Shipping: Usually 1 – 3 business days (location-dependent)

These are estimated timeframes; occasional delays may occur due to postal or weather conditions.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey from our little pink shop in Stanthorpe to your door.

💳 Payment Methods

For your convenience, we accept:

  • Visa & Mastercard

  • PayPal + PayPal Pay in 4

  • Afterpay (four interest-free instalments)

  • Shopify Pay

  • In-store pickup payments

You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email once payment has been processed.

💰 Purchase Price

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Prices do not include optional insurance or additional delivery attempts.
    If you’d like to arrange postal insurance, please contact us before finalising your order.

✏️ Important Notes When Ordering

Please check that your contact and delivery details are correct before checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided, re-shipment will be at the buyer’s expense.
You’re welcome to add delivery instructions during checkout — we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

❌ Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

If your parcel has already been sent, you’re welcome to return it under our Refund & Returns Policy once it arrives.

Pink Poppies Living Creatively reserves the right to cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.

📦 Missing or Incorrect Items

If something’s not quite right, we’ll fix it quickly.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • The product code or name of the missing/incorrect item

We’ll investigate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

🔁 Returns

Returns are subject to our Refund & Returns Policy. Key points:

  • Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • Return postage is at the buyer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Items returned in unsaleable condition may not qualify for a refund or credit.
